What Do I Think The Best Abs Workout Is?
For me personally, i am not really picky about abs workouts. I know from experience that as long as im doing them consistently and changing up my movements now and then, i will see improvements and not feel like every abs session is a trip to hell.
I primarily stick to doing abs twice a week after legs workouts. Sometimes my routine is different but i typically like to do them twice a week. I mainly do crunches and leg lifts and medicine ball situps and such. Once in a while, i'll had out to the university track and do standing long jumps and triple jumps.
The most important thing for working abs for me is to support improvement in my other bodybuilding lifts. When i'm ready to get cut, i simply turn up the cardio and begin to diet.
