However, the results are completely in the hands and mind of yourself.
Is p90x worth the money?p90x is worth the money if you make a decision to follow the routine as its setup and make a commitment to eat correctly while doing the routine. However, there are many knockoff copycat programs that are less expensive that are just effective. The drawback to them is that you may have to do a little more explaining to your friends about the program when telling them what kind of workout you are doing to cause all your recent fitness and weight-loss gains.
